About
Charlotte is a main character of THRIVE IN SPITE. She is the leader, guitarist, and singer of her band THRIVE IN SPITE. Her best friends are Marie, Gloria, and Lonnie.
Charlotte is charming, laid-back, hardworking, and passionate. To strangers, she seems quite stoic but in reality she is very sensitive and a bit of a cry baby. She's very loyal to her friends and happy to offer advice and help. She's a huge romantic, but she struggles to date and flirt due to anxiety.
Her biggest passion in life is music, and her dream is to be a successful musician, live off her hard work, and perform to her fans. Due to her ambition however, she can rarely become jealous, impatient, and competitive. She has also been known to become a bit petty towards those who have hurt her or her loved ones. Her prized possessions are her acoustic guitar Bluebird and her electric guitar Thunder.

Gloria
Best Friend
They met in school since they were in the same classes and had similar interests. Soon they became good friends. Charlotte appreciates having a friend as active and positive as Gloria, without her a lot of their plans would've fallen through.
After graduating, they moved out together to a new town to officially start their band THRIVE IN SPITE. They've been friends for so long, Charlotte can't really see life without her.

Met in highschool and became good friends. Marie was Charlotte's original #1 fan and supported her and her dreams of being a musician. To Charlotte, Marie was a breath of fresh air in a community that was so close minded.
After reuniting, they were both relieved that the other was safe and went back to being friends as if no time had passed.n.

Best Friend
Met after Charlotte moved to the city, and Charlotte was inititally worried when she first joined their band. However despite her goofball lack of ambition, she turned out to be a musician Charlotte grew to respect. They are gym buddies and love to work out together. Charlotte appreciates having someone else with such high energy to match her ambitious attitude.
